GO-modified double-walled polyurea microcapsules/epoxy composites for marine anticorrosive self-healing coating
TL;DR: In order to achieve higher encapsulating capacity and better self-healing efficiency, the graphene oxide (GO)-modified double-walled polyurea microcapsules were synthesized with 1, 6-Diaminohexane as the inner core and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI)-based prepolymer as the outer core as mentioned in this paper.

Preparation and Characterization of Ethylenediamine-Polyurea Microcapsule Epoxy Self-Healing Coating.
TL;DR: A set of characterization methods, including optical and scanning electron microscopy, the Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis, were used to confirm the microcapsule morphology and chemical structures.

Preparation and Characterization of a Polyetherketoneketone/Hydroxyapatite Hybrid for Dental Applications
TL;DR: In this article , the authors developed a new synthetic method for the production of a new class of polymeric inorganic hybrid biomaterial that has potential for dental implant applications and, in general, other orthopedic applications owing to its excellent mechanical properties and biomechanical compatibility.
Mechanical behavior and self-healing mechanism of polyurea-based double-walled microcapsule/epoxy composite films
TL;DR: In this paper, double-walled microcapsules were introduced in epoxy composite films to obtain a strong self-healing ability, and the embedded micro capsules were produced by the previous studies, the microstructure and micromechanical properties of the composite films were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and nanoindentation.
