Degradable bio-based epoxy vitrimers based on imine chemistry and their application in recyclable carbon fiber composites
TL;DR: In this article, the thermal and mechanical properties of two bio-based imine epoxy vitrimers were studied and compared in detail, and it was shown that the two types of polymers exhibit excellent thermal stability and solvent resistance.

High-performance naphthalene epoxy resins cured by catalyst for packaging materials
Jiaming Liu,Xiaohong Liu,Bifang Chen,Zhiqiang Feng,Jingjing Qin,Mengqin Wu,Long Chen,Xin Chen,Liyan Liang +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors used two naphthalene epoxy monomers (1,6- naphthane diglycidyl ether and 2,7-NDE) and cured them with two methods (anhydride (methyl nadic anhydride, MNA) / accelerator (Tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol, DMP-30) curing system and catalytic curing system).

On the application of strong thermoplastic–thermoset interactions for developing advanced aerospace-composite joints
Dong Quan,Yannan Ma,Dongsheng Yue,Jiaming Liu,Jun Xing,Mingming Zhang,René Alderliesten,Guoqun Zhao +7 more
TL;DR: In this article , an aerospace thermosetting composite was co-curing joined by Polyether-ether-ketone (PEEK) and Polyethylenimine (PEI) films, with the aim of developing advanced composite joints.

Reprocessed, shape-memory and self-healing robust epoxy resin by hindered urea bond
Jiaming Liu,Jingjing Qin,Dingsong Wang,Liyan Liang +3 more
TL;DR: Researchers develop a novel epoxy resin with hindered urea bonds, enabling reprocessability, self-healing, and shape-memory properties through reversible exchange reactions, achieving 87.15% tensile strength retention after welding and multiple hot-pressing cycles.
