Etanercept biosimilar (recombinant human tumor necrosis factor-α receptor II: IgG Fc fusion protein) and methotrexate combination therapy in Chinese patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis: a multicentre, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial.
Lun-Fei Liu,Ji-Su Chen,Jun Gu,Jinhua Xu,Hongzhong Jin,Xiao-Wen Pang,Gang Wang,Chen Yu,Zhi-Qiang Song,Zai-pei Guo,Wei Li,Wei Lai,Pan-Gen Cui,Min Chen,Hong Fang,Cheng-Zhi Lyu,Yu-Zhen Li,Qing Sun,Hongfu Xie,Xiaoming Liu,Xing-Hua Gao,Yu-Ling Shi,Naiqing Zhao,Wei Zhang,Min Zheng +24 more
TL;DR: The combination therapy of rhTNFR-Fc plus MTX was an effective therapy for moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis with an acceptable safety and tolerability profile, indicating that it was feasible and well tolerated for patients.

Anti-TNF- αtreatment-related pathways and biomarkers revealed by transcriptome analysis in Chinese psoriasis patients.
Lunfei Liu,Wenting Liu,Wenting Liu,Yu-Xin Zheng,Ji-Su Chen,Jiong Zhou,Huatuo Dai,Sui-Qing Cai,Jianjun Liu,Min Zheng,Yunqing Ren +10 more
TL;DR: Through global gene expression analysis in PBMC of psoriasis patient and subsequent co-expression module based pathway analyses, a group of functionally coherent and differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and related pathways are identified, which has not only provided new biological insight about the molecular mechanism of anti-TNF- α treatment, but also identified several genes whose expression profiles can be used as potential biomarkers for anti-tumor necrosis factor alpha treatment response in Psoriasis.
Indirect Regulation and Equilibrium of p35 and p40 Subunits of Interleukin (IL)-12/23 by Ustekinumab in Psoriasis Treatment.
TL;DR: It is concluded that 2 equilibria influence the efficacy of ustekinumab against psoriasis: first, because of the dual roles of p35 in Psoriasis pathogenesis, homeostasis occurs between p35 and p40 expression levels, and the second balance lies between the upregulation of p40 mRNA levels and the ability of Ustek inumab to neutralize the function of the elevated p40 protein.

Pharmacokinetics, Safety, and Efficacy of Ixekizumab in Chinese Patients with Moderate-to-Severe Plaque Psoriasis: A Phase 1, Single- and Multiple-Dose Study.
Min Zheng,Xiang Chen,Feng Wang,Ji-Su Chen,Kimberley Jackson,Fan Emily Yang,Christopher D. Payne,Jie Zheng +7 more
TL;DR: The PK of ixekizumab in Chinese patients with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis was comparable to findings in global populations and an acceptable safety profile was observed.
