The failure of energy recovery with descending of regular hydraulic excavator's boom causes heat release problem, disfunction, and accelerated wear. According to this issue, this paper proposes a hydraulic excavator boom potential recovery system based on accumulator-hydraulic motor-generator. The accumulator of the system stores potential energy from construction of boom hydraulic cylinder through energy recovery. Then the generator generates electricity by driving the hydraulic motor using the energy saved in the accumulator. Hydraulic excavator boom potential recovery is accomplished. System model is built using AMESim software, a simulation research about the Hydraulic excavator boom potential recovery system is studied. Both the theoretical analysis and simulation research show that the system is able to save energy by improving the efficiency of hydraulic excavator boom potential recovery.

Research on the System of Boom Potential Recovery in Hydraulic Excavator

This paper is made from a certain type of truck crane hydraulic lifting mechanism system as an object, then the second lifting working condition is analyzed. With AMESim, according to the hydraulic system diagram building lifting mechanism hydraulic system simulation model, hereby corresponding simulation conditions is set and the effects of secondary slide response on input signal, hoisting load, discharge and speed of pump, fluid resistance of one-way throttle is studied. This research on truck crane hoisting mechanism hydraulic system provides the theory basis for the design improvement, the relevant research methods and means have reference on the research of other engineering machinery hydraulic system working characteristics.

This paper first to the excavator bucket rod of hydraulic circuit based on the establishment of basic hydraulic components of the mathematical model, using the Simulink simulation software to build the overall hydraulic circuit simulation model; according to the actual situation of module parameters to the appropriate value, the complex and changeable load is simplified into four different operating conditions, by inputting different signals to simulate different operating condition simulation, finally through the study of the parameters on the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system of excavator working device effects, the results of the simulation analysis, put forward the corresponding improvement measure.
