TL;DR: A single 900mg dose of delafloxacin is not a reliable treatment for uncomplicated urogenital gonorrhea and Gastrointestinal adverse events were common with 900mg, and typically included mild to moderate diarrhea, flatulence, nausea, and vomiting.
