TL;DR: It is demonstrated that GLUT1 expression in breast carcinoma can be a marker of aggressive biological behavior and identifies a worse prognosis in breast cancer patients and the data suggest that absence of GLut1 expression significantly increases disease‐free survival.

TL;DR: A hyalinizing trabecular adenoma of the thyroid that displayed potentially misleading features of papillary and medullary carcinomas was recognized, but the immunohistochemical features, i.e. thyroglobulin-positive and calcitonin-negative as well as its trABecular arrangement and surrounding abundant hyaline materials confirmed its diagnosis.
