An Autosomal Dominant SCID Form Due to a Gain of Function Mutation in the RAC2 Gene
Chantal Lagresle-Peyrou,Aurélien Olichon,Hanem Sadek,Philippe Roche,Claudine Tardy,Cindy Da Silva,Alexandrine Garrigue,Alain Fischer,Alain Fischer,Alain Fischer,Despina Moshous,Yves Collette,Capucine Picard,Jean-Laurent Casanova,Isabelle André,Marina Cavazzana,Marina Cavazzana,Marina Cavazzana +17 more

TL;DR: The first cases of genetic defects in two Moroccan patients with clearly documented CNS TB are described, providing further support to the hypothesis that severe TB of childhood is not only an infectious disease but also a genetic disorder at least in some instances and paving the way for the development of new treatments based on pathophysiology.

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors compared COVID-19 convalescent plasma (CCP) with non-convalescent blood plasma (n = 766) for soluble inflammatory markers, ex-vivo inflammatory bioactivity on endothelial cells, neutralizing auto-Ab to type I IFNs and reported adverse events in the recipients.
