Role of Apolipoprotein a IV in Promotion of Cellular Cholesterol Efflux from Adipose Cells
TL;DR: Cellular cholesterol efflux in cultured mouse adipose cells after preloading with LDL cholesterol is studied and it is concluded that besides apo A I apolipoproteins, also present in interstitial fluid at concentrations similar to those required in vitro plays an important role in the removal of cellular cholesterol from peripheral cells.

TL;DR: Plasma lipids, apolipoproteins, and gamma-glutamyl-transpeptidase (GGT) were measured in 28 patients receiving aminoglutethimide and hydrocortisone for advanced breast cancer and normolipidaemic patients experienced an increase in CHOL, triglycerides, LDL-CHOL, apoproteins B and CIII, and GGT.

Fibrates, Sequestrant Resines and HMG CoA Reductase Inhibitors and Lipoprotein Particles
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that drugs with different action mechanisms may have similar effects on lipids and various effects on the lipoprotein particles defined by their apolipoprotein composition.
