The influence of beverages on the stimulation and viscoelasticity of saliva: Relationship to mouthfeel?
TL;DR: The results indicate that saliva viscoelasticity and flow rate alter dramatically in response to what a consumer eats and drinks, and that this in turn may affect mouthfeel and other organoleptic properties.

Tribological Characteristics of Aqueous Graphene Oxide, Graphitic Carbon Nitride, and Their Mixed Suspensions
Anshun He,Shuiquan Huang,Jung-Ho Yun,Zhengyi Jiang,Jason R. Stokes,Sihai Jiao,Lianzhou Wang,Han Huang +7 more
TL;DR: The tribological performance of graphene oxide (GO), graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4), and their mixed aqueous suspensions was investigated in this paper.

Improving tribological properties of oil-based lubricants using hybrid colloidal additives
TL;DR: In this paper, a hybrid system containing colloidal suspensions of hairy silica particles (HSPs) in an ionic liquid and motor oil was used to reduce the sliding friction between steel ball-plate tribopairs.

Rheological and structural properties of complex arabinoxylans from Plantago ovata seed mucilage under non-gelled conditions.
Long Yu,Gleb E. Yakubov,Marta Martínez-Sanz,Elliot P. Gilbert,Elliot P. Gilbert,Jason R. Stokes +5 more
TL;DR: The relationship between molecular associations, chain relaxation time and entanglement behaviour of P. ovata AX solutions are corroborated though the analysis of flow profiles and small amplitude oscillatory shear rheology.
