TL;DR: A 50-year-old male patient presented with pain abdomen of 6 months duration and Histopathology revealed a triple composite tumor comprising of tubular adenocarcinoma arising on a background of high-grade dysplasia, hepatoid adenoprotein and large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma with nodal metastasis.
