TL;DR: Qualitative analysis of the open-ended questions yielded themes which resonate with both learners and teachers: communication processes, time pressures, optimization of the work/teaching environment, teacher engagement, patience/tolerance, autonomy, feedback, learner preparedness, and patient advocacy.
