TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated whether delayed reverse shoulder arthroplasty for fracture is associated with any difference in complication rates or functional outcomes relative to acute surgery and found that patients who underwent rTSA as the primary management of a proximal humerus fracture at two Level 1 trauma centers and one academic community hospital between 2004 and 2016.
