Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in various fields, and its application in mental healthcare is no exception. Hence, this review explores the integration of AI into mental healthcare, elucidating current trends, ethical considerations, and future directions in this dynamic field. This review encompassed recent studies, examples of AI applications, and ethical considerations shaping the field. Additionally, regulatory frameworks and trends in research and development were analyzed. We comprehensively searched four databases (PubMed, IEEE Xplore, PsycINFO, and Google Scholar). The inclusion criteria were papers published in peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, or reputable online databases, papers that specifically focus on the application of AI in the field of mental healthcare, and review papers that offer a comprehensive overview, analysis, or integration of existing literature published in the English language. Current trends reveal AI's transformative potential, with applications such as the early detection of mental health disorders, personalized treatment plans, and AI-driven virtual therapists. However, these advancements are accompanied by ethical challenges concerning privacy, bias mitigation, and the preservation of the human element in therapy. Future directions emphasize the need for clear regulatory frameworks, transparent validation of AI models, and continuous research and development efforts. Integrating AI into mental healthcare and mental health therapy represents a promising frontier in healthcare. While AI holds the potential to revolutionize mental healthcare, responsible and ethical implementation is essential. By addressing current challenges and shaping future directions thoughtfully, we may effectively utilize the potential of AI to enhance the accessibility, efficacy, and ethicality of mental healthcare, thereby helping both individuals and communities.

Machine learning models analyze these images to identify patterns indicative of early cognitive decline. Additionally, AI algorithms are employed to detect genetic and proteomic biomarkers, facilitating early intervention. Cognitive and behavioral assessments have also benefited from AI, with tools that enhance the accuracy of neuropsychological tests and analyze speech and language patterns for early signs of dementia. Personalized treatment strategies have been revolutionized by AI-driven approaches. In drug discovery, virtual screening and drug repurposing, guided by predictive modelling, accelerate the identification of effective treatments. AI also aids in tailoring therapeutic interventions by predicting individual responses to treatments and monitoring patient progress, allowing for dynamic adjustment of care plans. AI-Driven Innovations in Alzheimer's Disease: Integrating Early Diagnosis, Personalized Treatment, and Prognostic Modelling

Abstract Mental health is an essential component of the health and well-being of a person and community, and it is critical for the individual, society, and socio-economic development of any country. Mental healthcare is currently in the health sector transformation era, with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) reshaping the screening, diagnosis, and treatment modalities of psychiatric illnesses. The present narrative review is aimed at discussing the current landscape and the role of AI in mental healthcare, including screening, diagnosis, and treatment. Furthermore, this review attempted to highlight the key challenges, limitations, and prospects of AI in providing mental healthcare based on existing works of literature. The literature search for this narrative review was obtained from PubMed, Saudi Digital Library (SDL), Google Scholar, Web of Science, and IEEE Xplore, and we included only English-language articles published in the last five years. Keywords used in combination with Boolean operators (“AND” and “OR”) were the following: “Artificial intelligence”, “Machine learning”, Deep learning”, “Early diagnosis”, “Treatment”, “interventions”, “ethical consideration”, and “mental Healthcare”. Our literature review revealed that, equipped with predictive analytics capabilities, AI can improve treatment planning by predicting an individual’s response to various interventions. Predictive analytics, which uses historical data to formulate preventative interventions, aligns with the move toward individualized and preventive mental healthcare. In the screening and diagnostic domains, a subset of AI, such as machine learning and deep learning, has been proven to analyze various mental health data sets and predict the patterns associated with various mental health problems. However, limited studies have evaluated the collaboration between healthcare professionals and AI in delivering mental healthcare, as these sensitive problems require empathy, human connections, and holistic, personalized, and multidisciplinary approaches. Ethical issues, cybersecurity, a lack of data analytics diversity, cultural sensitivity, and language barriers remain concerns for implementing this futuristic approach in mental healthcare. Considering these sensitive problems require empathy, human connections, and holistic, personalized, and multidisciplinary approaches, it is imperative to explore these aspects. Therefore, future comparative trials with larger sample sizes and data sets are warranted to evaluate different AI models used in mental healthcare across regions to fill the existing knowledge gaps.

The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Prediction, Risk Stratification, and Personalized Treatment Planning for Congenital Heart Diseases.

Aim: The aim of the present study to evaluate the clinical Characteristics and Microbiological Findings in Children with Suspected Pulmonary Tuberculosis. Methods: After receiving clearance from the protocol review committee and the institutional ethics committee, the prospective observational study was carried out at the Department of......................... This research covered 100 patients. According to the Revised National Tuberculosis Control Program (RNTCP) guidelines published in the Technical and Operational Guidelines for Tuberculosis Control in India 2016, children aged 6 months to 18 years who present with constitutional symptoms such as persistent fever >2 weeks without a known cause and/or unremitting cough for >2 weeks and/or weight loss of 5% in three months or no weight gain in the previous three months along with any one of the following findings, i.e., his The radiology department performed a chest X-ray and reported findings indicative of tuberculosis, such as hilar and paratracheal lymphadenopathy, parenchymal lesions, and cavitatory lesions. Results: The study covered 100 juvenile patients with an average age of 12.044.96 years. In the research, 58 percent of the individuals were older than 11 years old. The study had a female predominance. Only 44 (44%) male patients participated in the trial, compared to 56 (56%) female patients. The most prevalent complaint was fever (84 percent), followed by cough (76 percent). Other major symptoms at the start of the disease were weight loss (88 percent), lack of appetite (86 percent), and shortness of breath (16 percent). Haemoptysis, chest discomfort, and shortness of breath were less common. Out of 100 participants, 22% tested positive for Mycobacterium tuberculosis, whereas the remaining 78 percent tested negative by both ZN staining and CBNAAT. The proportion of CBNAAT positive patients with cavitation on chest X-ray was 63 percent, which was substantially higher than the national average (p-0.0018). Conclusion: We determined that females were more likely than males to be infected with tuberculosis. The study also discovered that patients with clinical findings indicative of pulmonary Koch's do not necessarily have positive sputum CBNAAT. Sputum positivity was shown to be substantially related to a cavitatory lesion on a chest X-ray.
