Stacked U-Nets with Self-Assisted Priors Towards Robust Correction of Rigid Motion Artifact in Brain MRI.
Markus Surmann,Mohammed A. Al-masni,Seul Lee,Jaeuk Yi,Sewook Kim,Sung-Min Gho,Young Hun Choi,Donghyun Kim +7 more
TL;DR: Li et al. as mentioned in this paper proposed a self-assisted U-Net to learn missing structural details through sharing auxiliary information from the contiguous slices of the same distorted subject and further designed a refinement stacked U-Nets that facilitates preserving of the image spatial details and hence improves the pixel-to-pixel dependency.

Accelerated 3D myelin water imaging using joint spatio-temporal reconstruction.
Jae-Hun Lee,Jaeuk Yi,Jun Hyeong Kim,Kanghyun Ryu,Dongyeob Han,Sewook Kim,Seul Lee,Deog Young Kim,Donghyun Kim +8 more
TL;DR: A multi-step reconstruction process using both advanced parallel imaging and deep learning network which can utilize joint spatio-temporal components between the multi-echo images to further accelerate 3D mGRE acquisition for MWI is implemented.

Deep prior for suppressing noise amplification and edge preservation in Phase-based EPT with Low-SNR image
TL;DR: A deep prior based denoising method is proposed, which achieve to not only suppress instability brought by noise amplification but reduce boundary error.
