Flow measurement with an electromagnetic flowmeter in two-phase bubbly and slug flow regimes
TL;DR: In this article, an alternating-current electromagnetic flowmeter was designed and manufactured to investigate the characteristics of an electromagnetic flow meter in two-phase flow, in which a rod-shaped nonconducting material was used, and the effect of bubble position and void fraction on the flow meter was investigated.

An experimental study on the characteristics of electromagnetic flowmeters in the liquid metal two-phase flow
TL;DR: In this paper, the characteristics of AC electromagnetic flowmeter were investigated in the liquid metal two-phase flow, encompassing bubbly to slug flow regimes, were conducted with the liquid sodium-nitrogen mixture.

The Performance of Electromagnetic Flowmeters in a Liquid Metal Two-Phase Flow
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the characteristics of an AC electromagnetic flowmeter in a liquid metal two-phase flow, and the relationship between the flow induced electromotive force (e.m.f) and void fraction α was verified by the measured e.mf.s and α for a bubbly flow regime.

A Real-Time Measurement of Slug Flow Using Electromagnetic Flowmeter with High frequency Triangular Excitation
TL;DR: In this article, an electromagnetic flowmeter with 240Hz triangular AC excitation was designed and manufactured to investigate the characteristics of two-phase slug flow, which provided real-time simultaneous measurements of the mean film velocity around Taylor bubble and the relative location and the length of the bubble.
