TL;DR: In this article, the authors evaluated the effect of virtual exercise professional (QEP) support to increase the exercise volume of breast cancer survivors in a randomized clinical trial, and found that matched BCS dyads who received 10 weeks of virtually delivered QEP support had higher levels of self-report and device-measured exercise, social support, and health related quality of life compared to matched dyads without QEP-delivered exercise guidance.
