Reduced-mass Fock-Tani representations for a + +(b + c - )-->(a + c - )+b + and first-order results for \{abc\}=\{ppe, epe, μpμ, μdμ, and μtμ\}
TL;DR: In this article, the Fock-Tani transformation in the Jacobi three-body reduced-mass system is carried out and the first-order T matrix is found to be identical to that for the full three body transformation.
Double Excitation of Helium by Fast Particles of Charge Z
James H. McGuire,Jack C. Straton +1 more
TL;DR: Results of calculations of double excitation of helium to {ital n}=2 states for fast projectiles of charge {ital Z} are presented, and the energy-nonconserving amplitude is connected to the second-order energy-conserving amplitudes by a dispersion relation.
Technique for the evaluation of double excitation of atoms by fast charged particles
TL;DR: In helium it is found that the double-excitation cross sections are sensitive to the sign of the projectile charge, but that the energy region where this is of the same order as for double ionization is 0.1 to 0.5 MeV/amu.

Positionality in Teaching: Implications for Advancing Social Justice
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors ask students to be vulnerable in talking about how they have been exposed to, and impacted by, society's messages about race, gender, and sexual identity.
