Silicon Telescope Detectors
TL;DR: In this paper, the results of research and development of special silicon detectors with a large active area (>8 cm2) for multilayer telescope spectrometers performed at the Laboratory of Nuclear Problems of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research are reviewed.
Ion-implanted HPGe detectors for multilayer spectrometers of charged particles
Yu. B. Gurov,K. N. Gusev,S. L. Katulina,M. Mitura-Novak,B. Raihel,V. G. Sandukovsky,J. Yurkowski +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the results from development of planar HPGe detectors with thin (<0.1 μm) entrance windows produced by boron and phosphorus ion implantation are presented.

Investigation of the internal amplification effect in planar p -silicon structures
O. F. Vikhlyantsev,S. Golubkov,Yu. B. Gurov,K. N. Gusev,N. Egorov,N. I. Zamyatin,Y. Kozlov,K. A. Konkov,V. S. Pantuev,V. G. Sandukovskii,Alexander I. Sidorov,A. S. Starostin,J. Yurkowski +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of internal amplification of a signal (with a gain of 20) with retained properties of the detector as a spectrometric device is demonstrated, and an efficient lowering of the energy level for the detected ionizing radiation is demonstrated.

The νGeN experiment at the Kalinin Nuclear Power Plant
V. Belov,V. Brudanin,V. G. Egorov,D.V. Filosofov,M. Fomina,Yu. B. Gurov,L. Korotkova,A. Lubashevskiy,D. Medvedev,R. V. Pritula,I. Rozova,S. V. Rozov,V. G. Sandukovsky,V. V. Timkin,E. Yakushev,J. Yurkowski,I. Zhitnikov +16 more
TL;DR: The νGeN project as discussed by the authors uses low threshold high-purity Ge-detectors (HPGe) developed by JINR (Dubna, Russia) in collaboration with BSI (Baltic Scientific Instruments, Riga, Latvia) for creation of a setup designated for first observation of neutrino coherent scattering on Ge.
