Generally, the present disclosure provides a method and system for improving imaging efficiency for CPB systems while maintaining or improving imaging accuracy over prior CPB systems. A large field of view image of a sample is acquired at a low resolution and thus, at high speed. The low resolution level is selected to be sufficient for an operator to visually identify structures or areas of interest on the low resolution image. The operator can select one or more small areas of arbitrary shape and size on the low resolution image, referred to as an exact region of interest (XROI). The outline of the XROI is mapped to an x-y coordinate system of the image, and the CPB system is then controlled to acquire a high resolution image of only the XROI identified on the low resolution image. For 3D imaging, once the XROI is identified, each section of the sample can be iteratively imaged in the previously described manner, with the operator having the option to redefine the XROI later.

Magnetic nanobiochar (MNBC) is a sort of nanobiochar that has been enhanced with magnetic qualities. MNBC is made from a variety of feedstocks, including wood chips, agricultural waste, municipal sludge, animal manure, and other organic waste. These feedstocks are pyrolyzed at various temperatures to produce biochar, which is then mixed with magnetic precursors to create MNBC. Crystallinity, high porosity, specific surface area, and great catalytic activity are a few of the dynamic properties of MNBC. The major purpose of this review paper is to characterize MNBC, using the various biochar synthesis methods and how bulk biochar is converted into MNBC with their high-value applications discussed here.

A Review on Magnetic Nanobiochar with Their Use in Environmental Remediation and High-Value Applications

As Richard Feynman has observed, what we are observing living organisms, more specifically, how cells are working is a fundamental element to understand biology better. Since the original atomic structure of proteins has been published, our knowledge of biomolecules is supplemented and developed actively. Based on many of the molecular structures available in nature, humans have built up a large bank of protein structures, nucleic acids, etc., after a series of experiments. It took much effort both in money time and the expertise of scientists [1, 2]. The following section will focus on a brief introduction of using biomolecular as sensors in bionanotechnology and an overview of the main techniques such as X-Ray crystallography, NMR spectroscopy, Electron Microscopy, and Atomic Force Microscopy, to determine the molecular structure of biology as well as the remaining limitations. Through these techniques, we will better understand the structure of molecules, and it will be an essential and starting point for bionanoanalysis in bionanotechnology.
