TL;DR: In this article , a small series of 4 patients with acute acquired concomitant esotropia (AACE) presented to the emergency eye clinic with sudden onset diplopia and intermittent esotropic, and MRI brain imaging requested as a result of the unusual presentation led to the DIPG diagnosis.
