Micropulse transscleral diode laser cyclophotocoagulation in the treatment of refractory glaucoma.
TL;DR: This study evaluates the efficacy and safety of a new form of TSCPC using micropulse diode laser and trans‐pars plana treatment with a novel contact probe.

Quantitative evaluation of anterior chamber parameters using anterior segment optical coherence tomography in primary angle closure mechanisms.
Noor Shabana,Maria Cecilia Aquino,J. See,Zheng Ce,Anna M Tan,Winifred P. Nolan,Roger A. Hitchings,Stephanie M. Young,Seng Chee Loon,Chelvin C A Sng,Wan-Ling Wong,Paul T K Chew +11 more
TL;DR: To evaluate different mechanisms of primary angle closure and to quantify anterior chamber parameters in these mechanisms using anterior segment optical coherence tomography in an Asian population, anterior segment Optical Coherence Tomography is used.

Ultrasound Biomicroscopic Comparison of Primary Open Angle Glaucoma and Primary Angle Closure Glaucoma Eyes in Dark and Light Conditions
Stephanie M. Young,Maria Cd Aquino,Noor Shabana,Ce Zheng,Seng Chee Loon,J. See,Yin Teng,Gus Gazzard,Paul T K Chew +8 more
TL;DR: Ultrasound biomicroscopy is a useful tool in the diagnosis and management of glaucoma and there were no significant differences between PACG and POAG eyes in terms of light-dark difference in anterior segment parameters, except for AOD-750 in the inferior quadrant.

Changes in retinal nerve fibre layer, optic nerve head morphology, and visual field after acute primary angle closure.
Chelvin C A Sng,J. See,Cheryl Ngo,Mandeep S. Singh,Yiong-Huak Chan,Maria Cecilia Aquino,Anna M Tan,Noor Shabana,Paul T K Chew +8 more
TL;DR: APAC results in peripapillary and outer macular RNFL loss, visual field defects, and optic disc pallor, even in cases in which the ONH configuration remains unchanged.
