ID: 196541 Utilization of Combination Therapy-Based SCS Programming in Chronic Pain Patients: A Real-World, Observational European Study
Jan Willem Kallewaard,J. Paz-Solís,Philippe Rigoard,Hayat Belaid,M. Canós-Verdecho,Sylvie Raoul,Pasquale De Negri,Isaac Peña,Sarah Love-Jones,R Bougeard,Paolo Maino,Simon Thomson,Li-Lun Chen,Roshini Jain +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a clinical evaluation of patients implanted with an SCS device who chose to use combination therapy-based programming to treat their chronic pain was carried out, and it was shown that a substantial proportion of patients using SCS for chronic pain prefer programming that combines neurostimulative modalities such as supra- and sub-perception-based approaches.

Po126 / #702 clinical outcomes using a new fast-acting sub-perception therapy for chronic pain: a multicenter european observational real-world study
Simon Bayerl,Jan Willem Kallewaard,J. E. Llopis Calatayud,J. Paz-Solís,Georgios K. Matis,A. Wang,Li-Lun Chen,Roshini Jain +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a new sub-threshold-based spinal cord Stimulation (SCS) modality called Fast-Acting Sub-Perception Therapy (FAST) was proposed for chronic pain.
ID:16137 Real-World SCS Outcomes Using Sub-Perception-Based Customized Field Shapes for Treatment of Chronic Pain
M. Canós-Verdecho,Jan Willem Kallewaard,J. Paz-Solís,Pasquale De Negri,Jan Vesper,Simon Thomson,David Abejón,Vivek Mehta,Christophe Perruchoud,Li-Lun Chen,Roshini Jain +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the use of sub-perception-based custom field shape programming was evaluated in a cohort of SCS device-implanted patients with chronic pain. But, the authors did not evaluate the performance of the field shape program.
