Extensive study of the 1g(3P2) ion pair state of I2
TL;DR: In this paper, an extensive spectroscopic study of the 1 g (3 P 2 ) ion pair state of I2, recently observed and assigned, has been conducted and the results lead to a definitive vibrational numbering that changes by −2 the former v numbering by King et al. (Chem. Phys., 56, 145-156 (1981)).

OODR excitation of the 0g+(3P0) state of I2 up to 53800 cm−1
TL;DR: Using the OODR technique, the 0 g + (3 P 0 ) ion-pair state of 127I2 has been explored up to 53800 cm−1 as mentioned in this paper.

Ω doubling in 1 g state and electronic transition moments for B0+ u towards 0+ g and 1 g (3 P 2) states of iodine
TL;DR: In this paper, the 1 g and 0+ g (3 P 2) ionic states of iodine interact via the rotational hamiltonian, and a value of 103 is deduced for the ratio of the transition probabilities of the 0 + g ← B and 1 g← B transitions.

Electronic transitions moments from both fluorescence intensities and lifetime measurements for transitions involving the I2 ionic states
TL;DR: In this article, a purely quantal treatment is applied to the determination of electronic transition moments M e(r) from both line intensities and lifetime measurements for the 1 g (3 P 2) → A1 u and 0+ g ( 3 P 2 ) → B 0+ u transitions of the I2 molecule.
