What is the most reliable imaging modality for small colonic polyp characterization? Study of white-light, autofluorescence, and narrow-band imaging.
A. Ignjatovic,James E. East,Thomas Guenther,Jonathan Hoare,J Morris,Krish Ragunath,Anthony Shonde,J. Simmons,Noriko Suzuki,Siwan Thomas-Gibson,Brian P. Saunders +10 more
TL;DR: Of the imaging modalities tested, NBImag appeared to have the best overall accuracy and interobserver agreement, although not adequate for in vivo diagnosis.

Comparing outcome of radiofrequency ablation in Barrett's with high grade dysplasia and intramucosal carcinoma: a prospective multicenter UK registry.
Rehan Haidry,Rehan Haidry,Gideon Lipman,Gideon Lipman,Matthew R. Banks,Mohammed A. Butt,Mohammed A. Butt,Vinay Sehgal,David Graham,Jason M. TL;DR: Patients with IMC were more likely to have visible lesions requiring initial EMR than those with HGD, and may carry a higher risk of cancer progression in the medium term, which consolidate the approach to ensuring that these patients undergo thorough endoscopic work-up.

PTU-171 Recurrence After Successful Radiofrequency Ablation For Barrett’s Related Neoplasia Is More Likely In Males: Data From The United Kingdom Patient Registry
Rehan Haidry,Matthew R. Banks,A Gupta,M Butt,Grant Fullarton,H Smart,J Morris,Robert P. Willert,Ravi Narayanasamy,Manuel Rodriguez-Justo,Marco Novelli,Laurence Lovat +11 more
TL;DR: RFA for BE related neoplasia is equally effective in both males and females, and the much lower recurrence rate in women raises the possibility that they could be discharged from follow up after successful treatment or have prolonged surveillance intervals compared to men.

PTU-031 Outcomes from an international multicentre registry of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding undergoing endoscopic treatment with hemospray
Durayd Alzoubaidi,Cormac Magee,S Gulati,Amyn Haji,J Morris,Laurence Lovat,B Hayee,Rehan Haidry,Rehan Haidry +8 more
TL;DR: Early data from this international multicentre registry show a high rate of immediate haemostasis (86%) with hemopsray and an excellent safety profile.

OC-029 Radiofrequency Ablation (Rfa) Confers Sustained Benefit for Squamous High Grade Dysplasia (Hgd) and Early Squamous Cell Carcinoma (Scc) in Patients who do not Progress following First Treatment
Rehan Haidry,Rehan Haidry,Matthew R. Banks,M Butt,A Gupta,John R. Louis-Auguste,Jason M. Dunn,Howard Smart,Pradeep Bhandari,L-A Smith,Robert P. Willert,Grant Fullarton,M Di Pietro,Ian D. Penman,Ravi Narayanasamy,J Morris,Dermot O'Toole,Marco Novelli,Charles Gordon,Laurence Lovat +19 more
TL;DR: Squamous HGD & CIS are aggressive pathologies as evidenced by the fact that 23% patients in this cohort progressed to invasive disease despite RFA, and there is limited experience in the UK with RFA in these patients.
