Jiawei Lai,Qinsheng Wang,Cai-Zhen Li,Shaofeng Ge,J. Li,Wei Lu,Xuefeng Liu,Junchao Ma,Dapeng Yu,Zhi-Min Liao,Dong Sun +10 more
- 13 May 2018
TL;DR: In this work, the realization of an ultrafast broadband Cd3As based photodetector with a high sensitivity, high responsivity and high speed over a broad wavelength range is reported.

Gate-tuned Aharonov-Bohm interference of surface states in a quasiballistic Dirac semimetal nanowire
TL;DR: In this paper, a topologically protected transport of surface carriers in a quasiballistic nanowire was observed, where the spin-textured surface carriers formed 1D subbands, demonstrating conductance oscillations with gate voltage even without magnetic field.

Two-peak photoluminescence and light-emitting mechanism of porous silicon.
S. L. Zhang,Fumin Huang,K. S. Ho,L. Jia,Chen Yang,J. Li,Tiancong Zhu,Yong Chen,S. M. Cai,A. Fujishima,Zhongfan Liu +10 more
TL;DR: A two-peak photoluminescence spectrum of porous silicon-type porous silicon has been observed in atmospheric stored samples and the low- and high-energy peaks are identified as due to emission caused by quantum confinement effects of remnant Si walls of PS and siloxene and/or siloxenes on PS surfaces.

Topological transport in Dirac electronic systems: A concise review
TL;DR: In this article, transport properties of topological insulator (Bi2Se3), topological Dirac semimetal (Cd3As2), and topologically insulator-graphene heterojunction are discussed.
