TL;DR: In this article, the authors reported on the analysis of the rare decay of the KTeV data from the Fermilab experiment and found that B(K{sub L] yields {mu}{sup +}{mu {sup -}{gamma} = 3.62{+-}0.08{sub syst} x 10{sup -7}.
