Wir berichten uber einen 17-jahrigen Patienten, der sich bei einem Verkehrsunfall eine Epiphysenverletzung (Salter-Harris IV) mit einer begleitenden ossaren Avulsion des vorderen Kreuzbands (VKB; Meyers-McKeever III) zuzog. Die arthroskopisch assistierte Versorgung der Epiphysenfraktur erfolgte mittels zweier kanulierter 7,3-mm-Schrauben unter Aussparung der Epiphysenfugen. Das VKB-Fragment wurde mittels FiberWire®-Fadencerclage transossar fixiert. Unter arthroskopischer Kontrolle war die stufenlose Reposition beider Verletzungen komplikationslos moglich. Der iatrogene Weichteilschaden war minimal.
