Tribromoisocyanuric acid/wet SiO2 was used for the conversion of C=N bonds to their corresponding carbonyl compounds in oximes, semicarbazones, azines, and Schiff bases. The interesting feature of this system is that in those oximes, semicarbazones, azines, and Schiff bases which have conjugated or unconjugated C=C bonds, the C=N bond will selectively change to the relevant C=O bond while the conjugated or unconjugated C=C bond will remain intact.

Kinetics and mechanics of various chemical reaction are done to analyze the thermodynamic effect for its kinetics, due to this energy of new chemical reaction is determined, thus from these chemical reactions toxicity and irritation from chemical is reduced and a new mechanism is created which is eco-friendly for environment, In our analysis alpha amino is used for oxidation and the reaction is done with different concentrations of chromic substituted acetic acid to determine it kinetics effect thus energy of solution is also determined by its thermodynamic stability as the reaction is mixed with different concentrations of chromic acid with alpha amino acid the oxidation process takes place thus its kinetics and mechanics of solution increases with increased thermodynamic stability, hence ionic stability is also analyzed in this analysis.

EFFECT OF OXIDATION ON KINETICS AND MEHANICS OF SOME alpha - AMINO ACID WITH VARIABLE SUBSTITUTED ACIDS: A REVIEW

The kinetics of oxidation of thiamine by hexacyanof errate (abbreviated as HCF) (III) ions in aqueous alkaline medium at constant ionic strength 0.0016 m ol/dm 3 and temperature 298K has been studied spectrophotometrically. The reaction shows 1:2subst rate to oxidant stoichiometry and follows first ord er kinetics in (alkali). The dependence of the rate on substrate and (HCF (III)) concentration has been f ound to be of fractional order type. The ionic strength of the reaction mixture shows positive salt effect on the reaction rate. To calculate thermodynamic parameters the reaction has been studied at six different temperatures from 283K to 333K. Mechanism involving formation of complex between hexacyanoferrate and thiamine has been proposed. 2-(3-((4-Amino-2-methyl-pyrimidin-5-yl) methyl)-4-methyl-thiazol-5-yl) ethanol have been identified chromatographically an d spectroscopically as the final product of oxidati on of thiamine. Based on the kinetic data and product ana lysis a reaction mechanism is proposed.

Oxidation of thiamine: kinetic and mechanistic study by hexacyanoferrate (iii) in aqueous alkaline media

A Major role in oxidation kinetics is to determine the reaction mechanism that comprise chemical reaction. In the present paper we derived rate law for reaction mechanism and to recognized the order of reaction, give rate equation, calculate the rate constant. Identify the product of this oxidation reaction.The chemical oxidation of 2-Amino-4-methyl thio-butanoic acid by Quinaldinium Fluorochromate was studied in 50-50 (v/v) selected hydrophilic solvent medium at 308 Kelvin. The reaction is acid catalysed and exhibits first order dependence with respect to oxidant, substrate, and fractional order respect to H+ ion concentrations. Chemical oxidation kinetics is the study of the rate of chemical reaction.the factors Manganesh sulphate, Acrylonitrile, Sodium perchlorate that affect these rates (or) not, and draw of ln Kobs/T verses 1/T energy diagram to find the activation energy. Addition of sodium perchlorate slightly decreases the rate of reaction. However, Acrylonitrile is not induced by the polymerization reaction, showing that there is no free radical route. Added Mn2+ increases with slightly increase rate in the reaction medium. 2-Amino-4-(MethylThio)-Butanoic acid by Quinaldinium Fluorochromate has not been reported. Hence, the investigation of oxidation of 2-Amino-4-Methyl Thio-Butanoic acid by QNFC in selected hydrophilic solvent medium and the corresponding mechanistic aspects are discussed in this research paper. A systematic kinetic work carried out to explore the physical characterization of the reactance. The characterstic effects like Substrate, Oxidant, Perchloric acid, Solvent, Sodium perchlorate, Acrylonitrile, Manganes sulphate and Influence Temperature it clearly shows effect on that reaction path. The process was carried out at four different temperatures to determine the activation conditions. The measured kinetic findings ΔH# and ΔS# are derived from the value.&#x0D; 

A Kinetic Study of 2-Amino-4-(Methyl-Thio) Butanoic Acid By Quinaldinium Fluorochromate In Selected Hydrophilic Solvent Medium

The kinetics of oxidation of benzyl alcohol (BzOH) by benzimidazolium fluorochromate (BIFC) has been studied in 50% aqueous acetic acid medium at 308 K. The reaction is first order with respect to [oxidant] and [benzyl alcohol]. The reaction is catalysed by hydrogen ions. The decrease in dielectric constant of the medium increases the rate of the reaction. Addition of sodium perchlorate increases the rate of the reaction appreciably. No polymerization with acrylonitrile. The reaction has been conducted at four different temperature and the activation parameters were calculated. From the observed kinetic results a suitable mechanism was proposed.
