Influence of the bias-voltage, the argon pressure and the heating power on the structure and the tribological properties of HiPIMS sputtered MoSx films
Wolfgang Tillmann,Alexandra Wittig,Dominic Stangier,Henning Moldenhauer,Carl-Arne Thomann,J. Debus,Daniel Aurich,Andreas Bruemmer +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the effect of the bias voltage, temperature and heating power on the growth of the (100) edge plane of a MoSx thin film has been investigated by systematically changing the bias-voltage, the argon pressure and the heating power.

Circularly polarized zero-phonon transitions of vacancies in diamond at high magnetic fields
TL;DR: In this article, the authors determined the orbital and spin Zeeman splitting as well as the energetic ordering of the ground and first-excited states of negatively charged diamond crystal ensembles.

Direct measurement of the long-range p − d exchange coupling in a ferromagnet-semiconductor Co/CdMgTe/CdTe quantum well hybrid structure
I. A. Akimov,I. A. Akimov,M. Salewski,I. V. Kalitukha,S. V. Poltavtsev,S. V. Poltavtsev,J. Debus,D. Kudlacik,V. F. Sapega,N. E. Kopteva,E. Kirstein,E. A. Zhukov,Dmitri R. Yakovlev,Dmitri R. Yakovlev,G. Karczewski,Maciej Wiater,Tomasz Wojtowicz,V. L. Korenev,Yu. G. Kusrayev,Manfred Bayer,Manfred Bayer +20 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors solved a long-standing problem by uniquely determining the magnitude of the long-range $p\ensuremath{-}d$ exchange interaction in a ferromagnet-semiconductor (FM-SC) hybrid structure where a 10-nm-thick CdTe quantum well is separated from the FM Co layer by a CdMgTe barrier with a thickness on the order of 10 nm.

Exciton and exciton-magnon photoluminescence in the antiferromagnet CuB 2 O 4
D. Kudlacik,V. Yu. Ivanov,Dmitri R. Yakovlev,Dmitri R. Yakovlev,V. F. Sapega,J. J. Schindler,J. Debus,Manfred Bayer,Manfred Bayer,Roman V. Pisarev +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, a detailed spectroscopic study of the photoluminescence originating from the magnetically ordered copper oxides was performed, and the energy-level scheme of the multiple excitations below the energetically lowest, crystal-field-split (FLS) electronic transition at 1.405 eV was investigated.

Investigations of Electron-Electron and Interlayer Electron-Phonon Coupling in van der Waals hBN/WSe2/hBN Heterostructures by Photoluminescence Excitation Experiments.
J. Jadczak,Joanna Kutrowska-Girzycka,J. J. Schindler,J. Debus,Kenji Watanabe,Takashi Taniguchi,Ching-Hwa Ho,Leszek Bryja +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, a double resonance analysis of the electron-phonon coupling in transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) is presented, where the laser excitation and the combined Raman mode A'1 (WSe2) + ZO (hBN) are in resonance with the excited (2s) and ground (1s) states of the A exciton in a WSe2 monolayer.
