TL;DR: In this paper, the ear-leaf at beginning of silking stage (the second decade of July) was taken for chemical analysis from each plot, and the total amounts of Cd and Pb in corn leaves were measured by ICP-AES technique after their microwave digestion using concentrated HNO3+H2O2.
