Mizutani Shiyouji,Okamoto Kiyouichi,Sekiguchi Hideaki,Ishii Noboru +3 more
- 30 Sep 1981
TL;DR: In this article, a city garbage incinerating system is designed that combustion exhaust gas of an incinerator 4 is led to a stabilizer 8 through a waste heat boiler, and then the ammonia liquid is supplied to the stabilizer to remove acidic gas from the exhaust gas by neutralization.

Tokuda Masahiro,Tsutomu Kume,Yoshiaki Ishii,Ishii Noboru +3 more
- 19 Sep 1984
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a method to improve the rate of operation and to reduce maintenance labor and expense, by a method wherein at least either cleansing liquid or lubricating oil is sprinkled during operation of a blower, and the blower is also cleansed during a time when it stops operating.

Fluidized bed type thermal decomposition apparatus
Mizutani Shiyouji,Ishii Noboru,Sekiguchi Hideaki,Ishii Yoshiaki +3 more
- 21 Oct 1980
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a system in which char staying at the upper part of a fluidized bed and char separated from formed gas are forcibly supplied to the lower part of the fluidization bed for the combustion of the char in the same fluidised bed as that for thermal decomposition.

Treatment of washing solution and equipment therefor
Ishii Noboru,Yoshiaki Ishii,Tsutomu Kume,Andou Naoyoshi +3 more
- 11 Aug 1984
TL;DR: In this article, solid/liquid separation of a solid-containing solution after wet process washing-off of substances formed in thermal decomposition equipment, while adjusting the viscosity of the solution is discussed.

A system for preparation and production of RDF (refuse derived fuel) from a source-separated fraction of MSW (municipal solid waste) in Narashino
TL;DR: In this paper, a system for the preparation and production of refuse derived fuel (RDF) from municipal solid waste (MSW) in Narashino, Japan, is described, which consists of a pre-treatment subsystem which recovers valuable resources such as iron, aluminium or glass from a source-separated fraction of MSW and a RDF production subsystem which produces RDF by processing combustibles such as paper and plastic which are separated from raw wastes at the pretreatment subsystem.
