An internal recycling type fluidized bed boiler in which a fluidized bed portion of the boiler is divided by a partition into a primary combustion chamber and a thermal energy recovery chamber, at least two kinds of air supply chambers are provided below the primary combustion chamber, one for imparting a high fluidizing speed to a fluidizing medium and the other for imparting a low fluidizing speed thereto, thereby providing a whirling and circulating flow to the fluidizing medium in the primary combustion chamber. The fluidizing medium is moved downward in a moving bed in the thermal energy recovery chamber. Thermal energy recovery from exhaust gas is effected in a free board portion or downstream thereof, the cooled exhaust gas being guided to a cyclone, and fine particulate char collected at the cyclone is returned directly above or into a descending moving bed of the fluidizing medium in the primary combustion chamber and/or the thermal recovery chamber, whereby the char will not be immediately scattered to the free board portion and the char is sufficiently precipitated and it is possible to reduce NOx generated by combustion of coal or the like, in the bed.

The invention relates to the technical field of public facilities and provides an intelligent classification dustbin. The intelligent classification dustbin comprises a box body, a plurality of round barrels and a garbage inlet, wherein a chute is formed at the garbage inlet and extends into the box body; a moveable baffle is arranged at the tail end of the chute; an infrared identification device is arranged at the garbage inlet; a turnplate is arranged on a pedestal in the box body; a motor is arranged on the turnplate; each round barrel is used for accommodating different types of garbage; the round barrels are arranged on the turnplate through a fixing device; a solar cell panel is arranged on the box body and is used for providing electric energy; and a control unit is arranged in the box body. When garbage enters the chute from the garbage inlet, the infrared identification device identifies the types of the garbage, the control unit controls the motor to rotate so as to rotate the round barrels with the corresponding types to the tail end position of the chute, the control unit controls the moveable baffle to open and the moveable baffle is closed after the garbage is put into the round barrels. Only one motor is used for driving and the solar cell panel is used for providing electric energy, so the intelligent classification dustbin has low energy consumption and low cost and is accurate in garbage classification through infrared identification.

The improved method of treating an exhaust gas from a combustion apparatus comprises adding ammonia to the exhaust gas and then irradiating it with an electron beam, characterized in that part or all of said ammonia is supplied as a separated portion of ammonia-containing water. The ammonia-containing foul water may contain feces excreted from humans and/or domestic animals and poultry, fermentation industry liquid waste or food processing wastewater. The organic waste-containing water may be digested anaerobically to convert the organic matter to methane gas and, subsequently, ammonia is separated from the supernatant liquor and used as the source of ammonia to be supplied. The methane gas is suitably used as a source of energy for the combustion apparatus. At least part of the organic matter in the organic foul water may be decomposed oxidatively and, subsequently, ammonia is separated for use as the source of ammonia to be supplied. The method is capable of simultaneous treatment of the exhaust gas and the ammonia-containing water in an efficient economical manner.

PURPOSE:To remove acidic gas from combustion exhaust gas, by utilizing such a process that ammonia contained in waste water is separated from the waste water by utilizing at least a part of waste heat generating from incinerating process, and thus obtained ammonia is used for the acidic gas removal CONSTITUTION:A city garbage incinerating system 1 is so designed that combustion exhaust gas of an incinerator 4 is led to a stabilizer 8 through a waste heat boiler 6 On the other hand, a sewage treating sytsem 2 is so designed that sludge 19 separated from water 18 by a separating equipment 17 is led to a digesting tank 20, heated by steam 7 introduced into a heat exchanger 21 and fermented at a high temperature Of the digested sludge 22, digested gas 23 and separated water 24 which are produced in said process, the separated water 24 is led to a dissipating tower 28 through a heat exchanger 27, and the bottom section is heated by a heat exchanger 29, etc to separate ammonia Thus separated ammonia gas 30 is condensed by a cooling unit 31 and recovered into a tank 32, and after then, the ammonia liquid is supplied to the stabilizer 8 to remove acidic gas from the exhaust gas by neutralization

Treating method and device for city garbage and sewage

PURPOSE:To improve the rate of operation and to reduce maintenance labor and expense, by a method wherein at least either cleansing liquid or lubricating oil is sprinkled during operation of a blower, and the blower is also cleansed without disassembly during a time when it stops operating. CONSTITUTION:During operation of a blower 3 or right before it stops operating, a valve 9 between a cleansing liquid tank 7 and a pump 11 is opened, the pump 11 is operated simultaneously with opening of a valve 13, and cleansing liquid is sprinkled into the suction of the blower 3 for a given time. Thereafter, when a valve 10 between a lubricating oil tank 8 and the pump 11 is opened, the valve 9 between the cleansing liquid tank 7 and the pump 11, simultaneously, is closed. After a given time elapsed, when a valve 13 is closed, the pump 11, simultaneously, is brought to a stop, the valve 10 is closed to complete cleansing operation. This permits cleansing of the blower 3 without stopping operation and disassembly, and enables to improve the rate of operation and reduce maintenance labor and expense.

PURPOSE:To miniaturize an apparatus by using a system in which char staying at the upper part of a fluidized bed and char separated from formed gas are forcibly supplied to the lower part of the fluidized bed for the combustion of the char in the same fluidized bed as that for thermal decomposition. CONSTITUTION:The thermal decomposition raw materials, e.g., urban refuges, etc., supplied from the supplier 2 to the gas chamber 8 of the fluidized furnace 1 in which the fluidizing gas IV containing oxygen supplied through the gas diffusing plate 7 from the lower part of the funace 1 is used for fluidization and at the same time the raw materials are thermally decomposed by supply of the heat of combustion of the fuel II and the combustion air III from the burner 9. Then, the gas formed in the thermal decomposition is sent from the path 12 to the cyclone 3 to remove the entrained char in order to recover the gas as the medium-calorie gas I. The char staying in the upper part of the fluidized bed and part of fluidized particles are mixed, after passing through the communication tube 4, with the char separated at the cyclone 3 and then supplied through the lower part of the furnace 1 from the supplier 5 into the fluidized bed for combustion.

PURPOSE:To make it easy to regulate separation and settling characteristics and transport a solution of solids, by performing solid/liquid separation of a solid-containing solution after wet process washing-off of substances formed in thermal decomposition equipment, while adjusting the viscosity of the solution. CONSTITUTION:Gas produced by thermal decomposition of a raw organic substance in a fluid bed thermal decomposition oven 6 is led into a cyclone 42 for removal of char and is sent via a heat exchanger 17 into a wet process gas cooling and washing tower 9 for cooling and washing. The washing solution which h as caught solids is sent into a liquid cyclone 11 via a pump 19 for removal of a greater portion of the solids and is circulated to the washing tower 9. The solid- containing washing solution is led into a settling tank 12 for settling of the solids and oil-containing components are fed into an oil separating tank 14 for separation of oil. The washing solution containing solids separated in the settling tank 12 is fed into a condensation tank 13 through a passageway 27 and its viscosity is adjusted with an acid supplied through a passageway 35. Then the washing solution is separated into solid and liquid and the solids are supplied to a fluid bed combustion furnace 7 through a passageway 29.
