RUSSCO-RSP comparative study of immunohistochemistry diagnostic assays for PD-L1 expression in urothelial bladder cancer.
L E Zavalishina,Ilya Tsimafeyeu,Patrisia Povilaitite,Grigory Raskin,Yulia Andreeva,Alexey Petrov,Ekaterina Kharitonova,Alexey Rumyantsev,Inna Pugach,G A Frank,Sergei Tjulandin +10 more
TL;DR: The data indicate that repeated testing can be avoided as a patient with urothelial cancer who is classified asnegative for PD-L1 expression by one of the three single tests using the corresponding cutoff rule is highly likely to be classified as negative by either of the other tests.

Agreement between PDL1 immunohistochemistry assays and polymerase chain reaction in non-small cell lung cancer: CLOVER comparison study.
Ilya Tsimafeyeu,Evgeny N. Imyanitov,Larisa E. Zavalishina,Grigory A. Raskin,Patrisia Povilaitite,Nikita Savelov,Ekaterina Kharitonova,Alexey Rumyantsev,Inna Pugach,Yulia I. Andreeva,Alexey Petrov,G A Frank,Sergei Tjulandin +12 more
TL;DR: A low correlation was observed between the PCR test and each of the three IHC assays; however, if a patient tested low/negative by PCR, then they were likely to test negative by any single IHC test with a high probability, and this method may have some potential for the identification of PDL1-negative tumors.
