Filler-Modified Castor Oil-Based Polyurethane Foam for the Removal of Aqueous Heavy Metals Detected Using Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) Technique
Muhammad Iqhrammullah,Marlina,Rinda Hedwig,Indra Karnadi,Koo Hendrik Kurniawan,N. G. Olaiya,M. K. Mohamad Haafiz,H. P. S. Abdul Khalil,Syahrun Nur Abdulmadjid +8 more
TL;DR: The potential use of B/COPUF in adsorption and LIBS quantitative analysis of aqueous heavy metal ions was demonstrated and Castor oil-based polyurethane foam was produced and modified for improved adsorptive performance using fillers.

H-D Analysis Employing Energy Transfer from Metastable Excited-State He in Double-Pulse LIBS with Low-Pressure He Gas.
Marincan Pardede,Tjung Jie Lie,Javed Iqbal,Muhammad Bilal,Rinda Hedwig,Muliadi Ramli,Ali Khumaeni,Wahyu Setia Budi,Nasrullah Idris,Syahrun Nur Abdulmadjid,Alion Mangasi Marpaung,Indra Karnadi,Ivan Tanra,Zener Sukra Lie,Hery Suyanto,Davy Putra Kurniawan,Koo Hendrik Kurniawan,Kiichiro Kagawa,May-On Tjia +18 more
TL;DR: A laser-induced-breakdown-spectroscopy (LIBS) experiment with a unique double-pulse setup and operated in low-pressure He ambient gas is performed to study the detection of light elements as well as elements of high excitation energies, such as fluorine and chlorine, which are usually difficult to detect using ordinary LIBS techniques.
Cellulose acetate-polyurethane film adsorbent with analyte enrichment for in-situ detection and analysis of aqueous Pb using Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS)
Muhammad Iqhrammullah,Hery Suyanto,Rahmi,Marincan Pardede,Indra Karnadi,Koo Hendrik Kurniawan,Williams Chiari,Syahrun Nur Abdulmadjid +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the potential application of cellulose acetate-polyurethane (CA-PU) film as an adsorbent material as well as an enrichment medium for aqueous Pb quantification using Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) was investigated.

Fast and bright spontaneous emission of Er(3+) ions in metallic nanocavity.
Jung-Hwan Song,Jisu Kim,Hoon Jang,In-Yong Kim,Indra Karnadi,Jonghwa Shin,JungHoon Shin,Yong-Hee Lee +7 more
TL;DR: An unambiguous Purcell factor that is as high as 170 at room temperature is demonstrated, indicating that as much as 55% of electromagnetic energy that was initially supplied to Er3+ ions in the cavity escape safely into the free space in just one to two optical cycles.
