TL;DR: In this paper, the decoding processing of at least two kinds of video and sound encoded data is performed, time information, decoded sound information and decoded audio level information for the respective video and audio encoded data are extracted, the time difference of the respective pieces of the decoded sounds information is extracted by the pattern match comparison of the decoding sound level information and the video encoded data for which the time information is corrected on the basis of time difference are generated.

TL;DR: In this paper, a photovoltaic power generation system which predicts generated power more accurately and is capable of performing demand control is presented. But, the system is not capable of predicting the generated power by calculating the hindering effect on power generation operation from position information of foreign matters given by the foreign matter detection section 113 and information about moving directions, speeds of movement, or sizes of the labelled clouds.
