Optimization of extraction process and characterization of water-soluble polysaccharide (Galactomannan) from Algerian biomass; Citrullus colocynthis seeds
TL;DR: In this paper, the optimization of extraction of polysaccharides from Citrullus colocynthis curd (CCP) is investigated by using the analysis of variance, and the 3-D response surface plot and the contour plot derived from the mathematical models are used to determine the optimal conditions.

Desert Endemic Plants in Algeria: A Review on Traditional Uses, Phytochemistry, Polyphenolic Compounds and Pharmacological Activities
Hadia Hemmami,Bachir Ben Seghir,Soumeia Zeghoud,Ilham Ben Amor,Imane Kouadri,Abdelkrim Rebiai,Abdelmalek Zaater,Mohammed Messaoudi,Naima Benchikha,Barbara Sawicka,M Atanassova +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the main goal of the review is to draw attention to saharian Algerian medicinal plants and the determination of their bioactivity (antioxidant, anti-cancer, and anti-inflammatory importance), and present their chemical composition as well as in vivo and in vitro studies, clinical studies, and other studies confirming their real impact on human health.
Exploring the Antibacterial Potential of Green-Synthesized MgO and ZnO Nanoparticles from Two Plant Root Extracts.
Bachir Ben Seghir,Meriem Hima,Fatima Moulatti,Ibtihal Sahraoui,Ilham Ben Amor,Soumeia Zeghoud,Hadia Hemmami,Imane Kouadri,Asma Ben Amor,Mohammed Messaoudi,Shakeel Ahmed,Abdelkrim Rebiai,Pawel Pohl +12 more
TL;DR: Green-synthesized MgO and ZnO nanoparticles from plant root extracts exhibit moderate antibacterial activity against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.

Structural study and thermal behavior of composites: Polyamide 66/glass fibers: The reinforcement ratio effect on the kinetics of crystallization:
TL;DR: In this article, the authors studied the kinetics of non-isothermal crystallization of polyamide 66 matrix and its composites with the presence of a glass fiber load and showed that it is possible to achieve nonisothermal polyamide polyamide matrix crystallization with a glass-fiber load.
