TL;DR: The survival rate after aortic valve replacement with implantation of Perceval-S is satisfactory in the long-term follow-up, and the initiation of Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement program in 2017 was associated with a decline in the number of very high-risk patients treated with sutureless bioprosthesis.
