Atypical Manifestations of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) in Elderly Men
TL;DR: In this article , a case report highlights the rare occurrence of SLE in an elderly male patient, who was able to make a diagnosis using a combination of an atypical clinical picture, with initial signs and symptoms of weight loss, anemia, leucopenia and arthlagia, in combination with investigation results, including a positive test for anti-dsDNA antibodies.

TL;DR: In this article, 3-Methyl-5-pyrazolone was first prepared by treating ethyl acetoacetate with hydrazine hydrate in absolute ethanol, then it was treated with different aromatic aldehydes (benzaldehyde, salicylaldehyde, vanillin, 4-diamethylaminobanzaldehyde, and cinnamaldehyde) to form benzylidene derivatives of pyrazoles.
