PURPOSE:To prevent a photoelectric conversion efficiency from decreasing due to the shielding of incident light even if a structure is made sufficiently large in area by a method wherein the structure formed of an opaque or a semi-transparent material, which shields light rays, is provided to the surface, and the structure is so formed as to make parts between grooves protrudent along the grooves formed on the surface of the structure CONSTITUTION:A substrate 1 is composed of a p-type single crystal silicon 5 and an n-type semiconductor layer 4 both formed on its surface through a thermal diffusion method A rear electrode 6 formed of Ti and Ag is formed on the rear V-shaped grooves, formed in two directions which cross each other, are provided on the surface, and an electrode 2 of Ti and Ag is formed on the protrudent part of the grooves arranged along one of two directions The pitch of the V-shaped grooves, extending perpendicularly to the electrode 2, is 20mum, that of the V-shaped grooves under the electrode 2 is 800mum, and the electrode 2 is 2mum in thickness The V-shaped grooves are formed in such a manner that single crystal silicon is subjected to an anisotropic etching with an alkali solution In this structure, the area occupied by an electrode is 3% or so of that of the whole photoelectric conversion device, but the loss of an incident light volume due to the shielding of the incident light by the electrode can be reduced to 1% or so

The forming device 3 consisting of an FF is reset by the CPU 35 at the head of each scanning line, and then set up to '1' (black) by the odd-numberth '1' signal (black changing point) read out from the memory 32 in each scanning line and reset to '0' (white) by the even-numberth '1' signal (white changing point). A gate circuit 34 sends the states of '1' and '0' of the forming device 33 synchronously with the scanning of the memory 32 to the external or rewrites the states of '1' an '0' in the memory 32.

PURPOSE:To obtain contour point information at high speed by detecting the position of a bit existing in one word data, by only the time of a clock portion corresponding to the number of bits existing in one word data CONSTITUTION:One word data 52 is stored in a register 4 through a selector 3, and the lowest order bit detecting part 5 outputs an output signal 6 for showing whether a bit exists or not A second bit is detected, and 0010 is outputted as bit position information 7 through a gate circuit 8, and sent as contour point information (a) to a painting-out processing part together with the memory address 51 of one word data 52 An encoder 9 outputs one word data in which only the bit shown by the bit position information 7 is set to '0', and an AND circuit 10 outputs one word data 0000000000000100 In the same way, the bit position information 7 of 1101 for showing the 13th bit is outputted from the lowest order bit detecting part 5, and contour point information (b) is obtained

Character image processing system

PURPOSE:To eliminate a necessity for moving and overlapping a picture by one dot, to reduce the quantity of operation, to eliminate the change of a picture and a picture and to attain a processing of good quality by moving a contour once by the desired quantity of movement at the time of a picture processing. CONSTITUTION:Data is inputted to a CPU 21 through an interface 23 from the input device 22 of a picture processing system, the entirety of the system is controlled in the CPU 21, the inputted data is temporarily stored in a RAM 24 and the coordinates of the extended and degenerating positions of a contour feature point are calculated according to a program stored in a ROM 25. This calculated result is developed to a picture bit map memory 26, developed data is outputted to an output device 28 through the interface 23 via a painting-out circuit 27. A point for specifying the contour of the picture is moved, thickened or thinned to obtain the contour and the contour feature point of the contour of the picture is moved.
