TL;DR: For most donors second donation experiences were similar to first donation experiences, but CD34+ yields were less, and knowledge of the donor's first experience and stem cell yields may help centers decide whether second donations are appropriate and institute measures to improve donor experiences.

TL;DR: This work presents a dynamic energy reduction approach for hardware accelerators for convolutional neural networks, using an adaptive data-dependent scheme to selectively activate a subset of all neurons, by narrowing down the possible activated classes of neurons.
