Implementation of a TDM passive optical network for subscriber loop applications
TL;DR: In this paper, an experimental prototype system for subscriber loop applications that has been implemented using a passive optical network architecture is described, known as MACNET, which uses time-division multiplexing and transmission over a network of single-mode optical fibers and couplers to provide narrowband digital service access to 16 customers.

Is Australia Progressing towards Ecologically Sustainable Development
