TL;DR: In this article, the authors used topological information on the events observed in the heavy liquid bubble chamber HOBC to determine a total charm pair production cross section of (24.6-8.3+12.0) and (3.9-1.9+2.5) μb in 360 and 200 GeV/c proton-nucleon interactions respectively.
