Cahaya Nikmah Bakery merupakan salah satu produsen roti di Samarinda. Dalam kegiatan produksinya CN Bakery tidak terlepas dari kendala atau risiko yang terjadi. Dalam menanggulangi hal tersebut maka diperlukan manajemen risiko untuk membantu mengidentifikasi dan mengelola risiko. Metode yang digunakan merupakan kombinasi antara metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) dan Weighted Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (WFMEA). Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi risiko, didapatkan 20 kejadian risiko yang berasal dari 5 faktor risiko yaitu 5 risiko dari penyediaan bahan baku, 6 risiko dari produksi, 3 risiko dari pengemasan, 3 risiko dari pengiriman, dan 3 risiko dari pengembalian. Berdasarkan pengolahan data menggunakan ANP, didapatkan bobot yaitu faktor penyediaan bahan baku sebesar 0,26817, faktor pengiriman sebesar 0,26665, faktor produksi sebesar 0,21705, faktor pengemasan 0,20023 dan faktor pengembalian sebesar 0,0479. Kemudian, berdasarkan pengolahan data menggunakan WFMEA didapatkan nilai WRPN tertinggi yaitu pada faktor risiko penyediaan bahan baku dan faktor risiko produksi sehingga perlu dimitigasi. Kemudian, didapatkan strategi mitigasi yaitu pengawasan kualitas bahan baku, perbaikan teknik penyimpanan, penambahan alat pendeteksi dan pengontrol suhu dan kelembaban pada ruangan, menjaga kualitas produk, menjalin kemitraan, pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia, melakukan pemeliharaan mesin secara berkala, penggunaan mesin pengganti pembangkit listrik, dan melakukan penyediaan spare part mesin.

Along with the development of the business world, many new regulations have been issued. This is also applied in the field of taxation. Generally, the public as tax payers do not understand about the general conditions of taxation. This situation made worse with frequent changes of regulation from the Minister of Finance in the field of taxation. Thus, the service of the tax consultant is needed in this situation. The purpose of this research is analyzing and identifying the risks that occur, and finding out the action that can be done to avoid, prevent and minimize the risks that can occur in Drs. Iman Santoso’s tax consultant. The approach used in this research is qualitative descriptive approach. The research is located in Delima Street, Pinang Mas Blok F no. 1 & 2. Data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed from 6 relevant risks there are 1 risk that is classified as extreme risk, 4 risks classified as medium risk and 1 risk as low risk. Pembangunan kapal di galangan tidak lepas dari risiko-risiko tidak pasti yang dapat terjadi, sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis manajemen risiko untuk meminimalisisr dan melakukan Tindakan agar risiko bisa dihindari dan diatasi. Analisis risiko dapat dilakukan menggunakan salah satu teknik manajemen risiko pada SNI IEC/ISO 31010:2016 yaitu matriks konsekuensi dan probabilitas, dengan cara menggabungkan penilaian konsekuensi dan probabilitas untuk menghasilkan tingkatan risiko. Penilaian risiko adalah proses keseluruhan dari identifikasi bahaya, analisis risiko dan evaluasi risiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya pada pembangunan kapal serta menentukan besaran tingkat konsekuensi dan probabilitas suatu risiko yang timbul dengan menggunakan teknik matriks konsekuensi dan probabilitas dan menentukan perlakuan atau mitigasi risiko yang tepat. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ragam bahaya dan kategori tingkatan risiko menggunakan teknik matriks konsekuensi dan probabilitas, serta menjadi referensi dalam perlakuan atau mitigasi risiko kecelakaan kerja pada pekerjaan bangunan baru di galangan kapal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 14 bahaya dari 3 aktivitas pekerjaan yaitu pada pekerjaan pemotongan pelat, pengelasan dan pengangkatan. Analisis risiko didapatkan dari modus atau nilai terbanyak pada penilaian probabilitas dengan modus atau nilai terbanyak pada penilaian konsekuensi berdasarkan jawaban responden. Skala risiko dari analisis risiko menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tingkat risiko sangat tinggi (prioritas I), risiko tinggi (prioritas II), risiko sedang tinggi (prioritas III), risiko rendah (prioritas IV) dan risiko sangat rendah (prioritas V) pada pekerjaan bangunan baru di PT. Industri Kapal Indonesia. Perlakuan atau mitigasi risiko yang dapat dilakukan yaitu memakai APD (Alat Pelindung Diri), maintenance perlengkapan maupun peralatan secara berkala, melengkapi rambu K3 di lapangan dan bekerja sesuai SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) yang berlaku.

Analisis Risiko Pembangunan Kapal Menggunakan Teknik Matriks Konsekuensi-Probabilitas

The supply chain system is the relationship between the parties from the vertical structure to the horizontal structure in the system of a project being implemented. In the supply chain system, there may be uncertainties that pose risks. Construction project risk management needs to be implemented in the supply chain system to determine the success and objectives of project procurement. Thus, the purpose of this research is to determine the risks that occur in the supply chain system in the Makassar Trans Studio Mall upgrade project. Data collection was carried out by direct observation in the field, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to be filled out by the parties to the project according to their respective work experiences. Respondents amounted to 13 people. Data analysis for this study used the Likert scale method using the severity index (SI) formula. From the results of this study after collecting data, it can be concluded that there are 22 risk factors identified. These risks occur with various types of risks, namely 2 risks that are categorized as high, 19 risks that are categorized as moderate, and 1 risk that is categorized as low.

Analisis Risiko Dalam Sistem Rantai Pasok Pada Proyek Upgrade Trans Studio Mall Makassar

Purpose: Share price is a measure of investor interest in the decision to invest in a company. The aim of this research is to show the influence of market value, profitability, inflation and company size on stock prices. 
 
Method: This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Secondary data is information used in research, where the information is obtained from the database of transportation companies registered on the IDX within a three year period, namely 2020-2022. So far 16 transportation companies have been selected as research samples using the purposive sampling method. The research data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. 
 
Results: The research results show that Market Value Added and company size have a significant positive effect on stock prices, while profitability and inflation have a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. 
 
Implications: The research can be used as evaluation and review material for companies regarding the performance of ups and downs in share prices. In addition, future corporate performance and responsibility are expected to increase in connection with the evaluation of the corporate governance system. 
 
Novelty: The novelty of this research is that it does not only focus on internal factors that influence company share prices but also external factors, namely inflation. Apart from that, this research examines transportation companies using the latest data, namely 2020-2022.

The developmet of construction projects found many uncertainties that are difficult to predict, so as it is necessary to analyze the risks. Early identification of risks that were identified in this study was 102 to 83 risks and relevant risk. Research using qualitative and quantitative methods with the stage of identifiying the risk of possible risks, risk assessment and risk maping to determine the risks classified as extreme risk, high risk, moderate risk or low risk. Creation of risk maps and the determination of risk category as a reference for decision making risk management measures. 83 shows the results of the relevant risks are risks that are categorized as 25 extreme riks, with the percentage of 44 sourced from project risk, 16% from tecnic risk, 12% from safety risk, 8% from economic and planning, 4% from environtment risk, nature risk and criminal risk. And as 26 high risk, with the percentage of 31 sourced from project risk, 19% from tecnic and environment, 12% from planning risk, 8% from economic risk, 4% from politic risk, human risk and safety risk.

Saham di industri perbankan merupakan salah satu saham yang sangat diminati oleh para investor. Bagi investor informasi mengenai kinerja perusahaan sangat penting untuk melihat dana yang diinvestasikan dapat dipertahanakan atau tidak sehingga investor mencari alternatif lain, yaitu dengan menginvestasikan dananya pada perusahaan lain. Adapun faktor diluar perusahaan seperti ekonomi makro yang harus diperhatikan oleh para investor seperti pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), nilai tukar mata uang (kurs), dan inflasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kurs, inflasi, dan pertumbuhan PDB terhadap harga saham sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI. Populasi yang digunakan adalah 26 perbankan yang masuk dan yang tidak melakukan split stock di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2011 hingga 2021. Pengolahan data dilakukan uji asumsi dengan menggunakan aplikasi EViews12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kurs berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham sub sektor perbankan pada tahun 2011-2021 secara parsial. Sementara itu, inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham sub sektor perbankan pada tahun 2011-2021 secara parsial, sedangkan pertumbuhan PDB berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham sub sektor perbankan tahun 2011-2021 secara parsial. Secara simultan, kurs, inflasi, dan pertumbuhan PDB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham sub sektor perbankan pada tahun 2011-2021.

The ownership of village institutions is jointly controlled with the aim of improving the community's economic standard of living, one of which is through Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). BUMDes partners in Selulung Village and Belantih Village face obstacles with the implementation of bookkeeping or accounting. The partner problems, are: (1) Due to the lack of knowledge in recording transactions and preparing financial statements, (2) There is no partner awareness to fix financial management so that it can solve financial problems, (3) Partners do not have the knowledge of financial management about how to separate business finances from personal (household) finances. The solutions offered related to problem solving for BUMDes partners are: (1) Provide counseling activities regarding the importance of orderly administration in running BUMDes business, (2) Provide training activities for preparing financial reports with accounting applications namely “Friendly”. Analysis through the distribution of questionnaires to participants to obtain an overview related to the benefits of the training seen from the material got score 4.67 which was close to very good, the delivery of material with score 4.53 was also almost very good, the application made a score of 5 was very good. Until now, improvements and application trials are continuously being carried out so that they can be directly applied to each BUMDes.
