AFlexible Framework for Wireless-Based Intelligent Sensor with Reconfigurability , Dynamic adding ,and Web interface
Hung-Chieh Yu,Shu-Ming Tseng +1 more
- 19 Jun 2006
TL;DR: The goals of the FWSP architecture are to establish: common controller-hardware (system on module), a common control program, common device drivers, a common managed objects base, and a common appearance to higher-level sensor network management.

A Wireless Based Sensor for Patient Monitoring System with Remote Diagnostic
Hung-Chieh Yu,Shu-Ming Tseng +1 more
- 19 Jun 2007
TL;DR: A mobile patient system using common approach sensor platform called the wireless based patient sensor platform (WSP, sensor node) which has remote access capability and offers flexibility, easy customization for different vital parameter collecting and sending.

Vector channel estimation and multiuser detection for multicarrier DS CDMA in time and frequency selective fading channels
Shu-Ming Tseng,Hung-Chieh Yu +1 more
- 21 Mar 2004
TL;DR: A generalized vector autoregressive model which accounts for correlation between different user/carrier fading channels, the use of a two-phased algorithm to obtain the proposed model’s parameters, and a receiver structure that consists of a generalized decorrelator followed by maximal-ratio combining of uncorrelated carrier channel outputs of each user are proposed.

EM vector channel estimation and V-BLAST/PIC detection for multiuser long-code MIMO CDMA in multipath Rayleigh fading channels
Shu-Ming Tseng,Hung-Chieh Yu,Chi-Lung Chang,Yuan-Ching Tseng,Kuen-Cherng Lin +4 more
- 25 Mar 2005
TL;DR: This paper combines the generalized MMSE multiuser detector, the maximum likelihood (ML) MIMO detector, and vector channel prediction of next channel vectors into a training-based vector channel estimation scheme for single-user CDMA systems with aperiodic spreading codes.

Multiuser detection and blind adaptive vector channel estimation for CDMA systems in mobile channels
Shu-Ming Tseng,Hung-Chieh Yu,Chang-Hsien Lin +2 more
- 17 Jul 2005
TL;DR: The use of MMSE multiuser detector is proposed to suppress MAI to get good initial channel estimation and the soft-input partial parallel interference cancellation (SIPPIC) is used to further reduce the remaining interference.
