Chang Jia,Jian Zhang,Huanwen Chen,Yingzhi Zhuge,Huiqiao Chen,Fanyu Qian,Kailiang Zhou,Chao Niu,Fangyan Wang,Huixian Qiu,Zhenquan Wang,Jian Xiao,Xing Rong,Chu Maoping +13 more
TL;DR: The results showed that NLRP3-dependent endothelial cell pyroptosis was activated by HMGB1/RAGE/cathepsin B signaling, providing novel evidence that further elucidates its pathophysiology.

Jinxin Wang,Huiqiao Chen,Hongying Shi,Xuting Zhang,Yiping Shao,Biyao Hang,Zhipeng Xu,Xing Rong,Maoping Chu,Huixian Qiu +9 more
TL;DR: Aspirin at the doses of 20–29 mg/kg/day dose does not increase the risk of coronary artery damage and IVIG resistance compared with the dose of 30–50”mg/ kg/day, and this low dose may have a lower risk for a potential effect on liver function.
