Excellent ferroelectricity of 50 nm-thick doped HfO2 thin films induced by annealing with a rapid-heating-temperature process
TL;DR: In this paper, a 50 nm-thick La-doped HfO2 thin film was prepared using pulsed laser deposition, and significant room temperature ferroelectricity with a remnant polarization (Pr) of 27 µC/cm2 was achieved through annealing in N2 with a rapid-heating-temperature process.
Experimental observation of large tunneling anisotropic magnetoresistance in a magnetic tunnel junction without heavy metals
Zhiyong Quan,Fei Zhang,Zhi Yan,Huihui Liu,Wei Zhang,Bin Fang,Guowei Zhou,Zhongming Zeng,Xiaohong Xu +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors show that the TAMR ratio can be enhanced by tuning interface termination layer, achieving quasilocalized states at the interface Fermi level on the basis of magnetization orientation.

Experimental observation of topological Hall effects in compensated ferrimagnet-heavy metal layered structures
Zhengyu Xiao,Zhiyong Quan,Wei Zhang,Dong Li,Huihui Liu,Guowei Zhou,Jun Zhang,Fei Zhang,Xia Liu,Xiaohong Xu,Mingzhong Wu +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, the anomalous Hall effect (AHE) was observed in compensated ferrimagnetic thin films interfaced with heavy metals at the magnetization compensation temperature (TM), and it was shown that the anomalously Hall effect is associated with interfacial DMI-induced THE in AFM metal trilayered systems.
The influence of an ultra-high resistivity Ta underlayer on perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in Ta/Pt/Co/Pt heterostructures
TL;DR: In this article, the authors demonstrate the influence of the heavy metal Ta underlayer non-adjacent to the magnetic Co layer on the PMA and thermal stability in the Ta/Pt/Co-Pt heterostructures.
Enhancement of perpendicular magnetic anisotropy and spin-orbit torque in Ta/Pt/Co/Ta multi-layered heterostructures through interfacial diffusion
Rui Wang,Zhengyu Xiao,Huihui Liu,Zhiyong Quan,Xiao Zhang,Meimei Wang,Mingzhong Wu,Xiaohong Xu +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the enhancement of PMA and spin-orbit torque in Ta/Pt/Co/Ta multi-layered heterostructures through interfacial diffusion is reported.
