A millimeter wave relativistic backward wave oscillator operating in TM03 mode with low guiding magnetic field
TL;DR: In this paper, a V-band overmoded relativistic backward wave oscillator (RBWO) guided by low magnetic field and operating on a TM03 mode is presented to increase both the power handling capacity and the wave-beam interaction conversion efficiency.

Preliminary research on overmoded high-power millimeter-wave Cerenkov generator with dual-cavity reflector in low guiding magnetic field
Hu Ye,Changhua Chen,Hui Ning,Weibing Tan,Yan Teng,Yanchao Shi,Ping Wu,Zhimin Song,Yibing Cao,Zhaoyu Du +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, a V-band overmoded Cerenkov generator with dual-cavity reflector operating in a low guiding magnetic field is presented. But the results of the experiments were limited to the case of the annular electron beam with the outer radius of 7.5 mm.

Electromagnetic characteristics of in vivo nerve fibers at the terahertz-far-infrared band
Lianghao Guo,Duo Xu,Kaicheng Wang,Yuankun Sun,Qin Zhang,Hui Ning,Chang Lu,Shaomeng Wang,Yubin Gong +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the dispersion curves of terahertz-far-infrared (THz-FIR) wave modals transmission in nerve fibers are calculated, which predict that nerve fibers can act as dielectric waveguides for transmitting THzFIR waves.
The Analysis of THz Electromagnetic Waves Effect on Acetylcholine Synthesis based on MD Simulation
Hui Ning,Kaicheng Wang,Qin Zhang,Lianghao Guo,Shaomeng Wang,Yubin Gong +5 more
- 25 Apr 2023
TL;DR: In this paper , the effect of specific frequency of terahertz (THz) electromagnetic wave on the binding of choline and acetyl coenzyme-A (acetyl-CoA) was analyzed.
Theoretical Analysis of the Effects of THz-IR Modulation of Ion Channel Permeability on Neuronal Electrical Activity
Kaicheng Wang,Lianghao Guo,Qin Zhang,Hui Ning,Shaomeng Wang,Yubin Gong +5 more
- 25 Apr 2023
TL;DR: In this paper , the effect of the altered channel permeability properties on the electrical activity of neurons was analyzed based on a modified Hodgkin-Huxley model, and it was shown that the alteration of ion channels permeability could directly trigger the action potential of neurons.
