Identification of the aged microplastics film and its sorption of antibiotics and bactericides in aqueous and soil compartments.
TL;DR: In this article , thin-film microplastics from black garbage bags were simulated aged by artificially ultraviolet radiation, and their sorption behavior toward antibiotics and bactericides in water and soil was explored.

An Alkaline Hydrothermal Method to Synthesize Super-Hydrophobic Wood
TL;DR: In this paper, a sword-like super-hydrophobic film was fabricated on wood surface through an alkaline hydrothermal method, which was measured by contact angle measurements and analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR).

Density functional calculation of adsorption and dissociation of PbPo molecule on Pd(100), Pd(110) and Pd(111) surfaces
TL;DR: In this article , the adsorption and dissociation of PbPo molecules on candidate filter material Pd surfaces were studied with the density functional theory, and it was found that strong chemisorption was found between pbPo and perfect low-index Pd surface and PbP molecule is highly inclined to be as Pb and Po atoms on these surfaces.
