TL;DR: A combination of DNA–DNA hybridization results and some physiological and biochemical properties indicated that strain NEAU-zh8T could be readily distinguished from the closest phylogenetic relatives, and it is proposed that it represents a novel Microm onospora species, for which the name Micromonospora violae sp.

TL;DR: Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences demonstrated that strain NEAU-ML12T should be classified in the genus Rhodococcus, forming a distinct clade with R. tukisamuensis Mb8T supported by a 99 % bootstrap value.
