The invention provides a kit for detecting three parasitic nematodes. The kit includes sterile deionized water, a PCR reaction solution, LA Taq DNA polymerase, ethidium bromide DNA dye, bromophenol blue loading buffer, a standard substance and a reference substance, wherein the PCR reaction solution contains PCR buffer, dNTP Mixture and detection primers. The three parasitic nematodes are haemonchus contortus, oesophagostomum radiatum and ostertagia circumcincta, respectively. The kit can detect DNA of the three parasitic nematodes quickly and accurately, and can also be used for molecular epidemiological investigation and therapeutic effect monitoring of three parasitic nematode infections. The preparation procedure of the invention is simple and low in cost, and the DNA of three parasites can be detected simultaneously in only one PCR reaction tube. Especially when the kit is used for large-scale detection of a large number of samples, the operation is simple, time-saving, labor-saving, and money-saving, with high sensitivity and specificity, high detection accuracy, low false positive rate and high work efficiency.
