TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a metagenome sample library construction method and an identification method based on a nanopore sequencing platform and a kit, which is simpler and rapider, meets the reasonable detection demands, omits flows such as library construction PCR in the identifying process, extrudes deviation caused by PCR amplification, and can be used for identifying metagenomes more truly and accurately.
